Craig spent the first 30 years of his career serving in the Royal Navy as a submarine Warfare Officer. During his last years of service he felt drawn towards the 3rd Sector and through London Southbank University he completed a Post Graduate Diploma in “Management in Civil Society” and an ICSA Post Graduate Certificate in Charity Management. On leaving the Royal Navy he established the post of Head of Delivery at the Tony Blair Faith Foundation, a charity which sought to encourage open minded societies and prevent radicalisation and religious extremism. He then went on to become the CEO at the Dame Agnes Weston’s Royal Charity for the Naval Service, which provides pastoral support for serving members of the Royal Navy, Royal Marines and their families.
